We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not sell or pass on any details that you provide us with to any third parties. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (following the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order, and to provide you with excellent service. Nevertheless, we may be obliged to reveal certain details in the event we are required to do so by law.

We would love to keep in touch with you about our latest products, promotional offers and news and if you give us your consent we will contact you either by email or SMS. Except for dealing with an order, we will not contact you in the future unless you have expressly given us your consent. We will also give you the chance to refuse any marketing material or other contact from us in the future.

Information that we will collect about you will include your title, name, address, phone number, email address and what products you have purchased from us.

We use Square and Wix for payment, analytics, and other business services. Square and Wix collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. For in-clinic treatments, we will collect information about your medical background to ensure we can offer the best possible treatments.

We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and up-to-date. If you would like to alter, check or ask us to completely remove your details, please contact our Customer Services Team by email at

Cancellation Policy

Clients who would like to reschedule or cancel appointments are required to provide 48 hours notice or complete payment for the treatment(s) will be charged. For all new clients who would like to discuss your skin in full, please note that the initial consultation fee is £75 to assess your skin and create a curated treatment plan.

Refund Policy

Olya Thomson Aesthetics do not offer refunds for treatments received, however, if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been redeemed you are entitled to a refund. If you pay for a course of treatments you will save a considerable amount according to the price of a course. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas.  If you have started a course of treatment, we cannot offer refunds for the remaining sessions.
